How they voted: One AP voter puts Vols on ballot

One AP poll voter still believes Tennessee is a Top 25 team.

Matt McCoy of 610 WTVN in Columbus, Ohio, ranked the Vols 25th on his ballot. The other 60 AP voters did not put the Vols in the Top 25.

Tennessee is coming off a 17-13 victory over winless Massachusetts on Saturday that pushed its record to 3-1.

The Vols' next opponent, Georgia (4-0), is ranked No. 7 by the AP and No. 8 in the coaches poll. Knoxville News Sentinel columnist John Adams ranked the Bulldogs sixth on his ballot.

Tennessee also received votes in the coaches poll.

The Bulldogs opened as a 7 1/2-point favorite over the Vols.
