FrontDoor Communities selects Clive Daniel Home for its model in Talis Park
Clive Daniel Home has been selected by FrontDoor Communities to design total interiors for its Messina coach home in Corsica at Talis Park.
Allied ASID interior designers Jean Losier and Christina Rosolia of Clive Daniel Home are providing total interior design and furnishings for the new model, priced at $895,000. This includes furnishings, accessories, builder upgrades, and the Talis Park Initial Sports membership.
Located at 16372-102 Corsica Way, the 2,532-square-foot under air first-floor coach home was developed by FrontDoor Communities.
FrontDoor Communities’ Coach Homes at Corsica is an enclave of 64 residences and will include 16 south-facing two-story buildings with four residences per building at build out. The buildings’ Santa Barbara architectural style will present three different front elevations set on Corsica’s gently curving streetscape that will showcase the lush landscaping that is Talis Park’s signature.
With three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the Messina features a private arrival courtyard entry, light-filled open concept living areas, a chef-style kitchen and a gathering room. The lanai expands from the main living area to the private owner’s suite.
Designer Christina Rosolia commented, "This model will have an overall feel of relaxed sophistication with reminders of natural elements and a color palette of soft gray, white and accents of sea glass blues and greens. The space is light and bright with a soft backdrop and natural elements throughout. The great room will have a feature wall for entertainment, unique ceiling detail, with additional wall details in the powder bath using wood accents.
