A 17-year-old boy donning a Halloween mask killed the second of two pizza delivery drivers he robbed on consecutive nights at the same apartment building, according to a criminal complaint.

According to the complaint:

Mekael G. Kennedy was charged Thursday with felony murder and armed robbery in the death of Clarence Taper, 60.

Taper was shot to death Sept. 15 at the Whiteburch Apartments, 9217 N. 75th St.

Kennedy was wearing a mask of the character "Jason" from the movie "Friday the 13th" when he robbed and shot Taper, a driver for Buddy's Pizza, the night after he robbed a delivery driver for Papa John's Pizza.

After robbing the Papa John's driver at gunpoint, Kennedy started counting and told the driver, "Run, white boy, run."

He also began counting before shooting Taper, and, after killing him, walked into his cousin's apartment on the same floor and ate pizza and wings that he took from the driver.

He was arrested at the apartment Monday.

The cousin, D' Andre R. Kennedy, 25, was charged with harboring or aiding a felon, according to the complaint.

Both defendants were in the Milwaukee County Jail on Thursday, each with bail set at $200,000, according to jail records.
