Aaron Wilkerson, who will take Jimmy Nelson's spot in the rotation on Wednesday, went 11-4 with a 3.16 ERA and WHIP of 1.07 in 24 starts at Class AA Biloxi this season.

PITTSBURGH - The Milwaukee Brewers have their brooms ready.

Having shut out the Pittsburgh Pirates in each of the last two games, they enter tonight's game at PNC Park seeking a sweep behind rookie right-hander Aaron Wilkerson in his major-league debut.

Wilkerson becomes the 13th starting pitcher to take a turn this season for the Brewers, who also enter tonight having not issued a walk in 28 consecutive innings.

Pitching for the Pirates is left-hander Steven Brault, who handcuffed the Brewers last week at Miller Park and also chipped in with a pair of hits and two RBI.
