Police log: Women found in stolen vehicle with marijuana

CHAMBERSBURG - Three women were charged after Chambersburg Police stopped a stolen vehicle and found marijuana. 

Diamond Nycole Littles, 19, and Tishauna Lynne Thompson, 20, both of Harrisburg, and Braanna Marigol Maiseed, 20, Enola, were all charged with possession with intent to deliver, according to court documents. In addition, Thompson and Littles were also charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, and Littles was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and cited for driving without a license.

At about 6:42 p.m. on Aug. 28, police were alerted to a stolen vehicle, which they later found at about 7 p.m. driving east in the 300 block of East Queen Street. During the traffic stop, an officer smelled marijuana coming from the car which led to police finding two plastic bags containing three to four ounces of marijuana inside a handbag, the report shows. 

The vehicle was determined to have been stolen from the Harrisburg area, and was impounded for return to the owner.

All three women were arraigned and taken to the Franklin County Jail unable to post $60,000 bail. 

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for the three on Sept. 5. 

Charges were filed through the district court. 

Pennsylvania State Police assisted with the traffic stop.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: A woman reported to police that someone took her debit card and made about $1,000 worth of purchases, according to Chambersburg Police. Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at 717-264-4131 or submit a tip at franklin.crimewatchpa.com/chambersburgpd. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Someone damaged the inside of a Borough of Chambersburg work truck at Memorial Park sometime between 6 p.m. on Aug. 25 and 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 28, according to Chambersburg Police. Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at 717-264-4131 or submit a tip at franklin.crimewatchpa.com/chambersburgpd. 

Fulton County  

SIMPLE ASSAULT/TERRORISTIC THREATS: Anthony Phillip Lane, 32, Warfordsburg, was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault, and cited with harassment, after Pennsylvania State Police, McConnellsburg said a fight broke out between him and Karen Ann Vicklund, 47, Warfordsburg, at about 12:19 a.m. on Aug. 28 in Warfordsburg. Lane was later apprehended at his home, the report shows. Vicklund was also cited in the incident.
