HOWARD – Former Green Bay Packers running back James Starks' moving sale is this weekend.

Starks will not attend the sale, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday — if anything remains — at 1566 Belle Plane Circle. He is selling household items, electronics and some signed merchandise.

Starks was with the Packers from 2010 to 2016 and was a key player in the Super Bowl XLV run in 2011. He was not brought back by the team for the 2017 season and remains an unsigned free agent.

The sale will include game-worn jerseys, gloves and shoes, leather furniture, kitchen and cleaning items, many flat-screen televisions, designer men's clothing and shoes. Also, there is a quad bike, dirt bike, riding lawn mower and snow thrower. Certificates of authenticity will be available for many items.

The sale will be conducted by BumblePuppy Sales. Photos of available items can be seen here

Janel Griffiths of BumblePuppy Sales said people forming a line while waiting to enter the house are asked to not block neighboring driveways.

Eddie Lacy, a former Packers running back now with the Seattle Seahawks, held a moving sale at his De Pere home in May to a big turnout of Packers fans. The sale was scheduled for two days, but sold out by the end of the first day.
