BONITA SPRINGS — As construction continues to progress on schedule for completion and occupancy next summer, the Ronto Group announced a choice selection of the 01 and 06 end unit residences remains available at the 26-floor, 120-unit Seaglass high-rise tower being built by Ronto within Bonita Bay. Seaglass is just 600 feet from Estero Bay, making it one of the closest to the water’s edge of the high-rises currently under construction on Southwest Florida’s Gulf coast.

Seaglass offers new, fully-completed and ready-for-occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint and trim. The space sequences and components found in the kitchens and master baths of the residences will reflect the contemporary flair found in the architectural style of the building. Each residence comes with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages are available. Ronto has processed sales contracts worth nearly $135 million at Seaglass and the building is now more than 60 percent sold.

The outdoor spaces in the Seaglass tower residences merge the indoor and outdoor living experience while providing sunset views. An increasingly limited selection of the 01 and 06 end unit tower residences is available for purchase, including south and north facing residences.

The 01 and 06 tower residence floor plans offer 3,421 square feet under air. Units 01 and 06 on level three feature a total of 1,460 square feet of terrace space. The 301 and 306 extended terraces will be wrapped by planters and include curved walls, pavered decking material, a trellis that will provide a shaded seating area, and a gas grill. Residence 301 is priced at $1.51 million unfurnished. The 306 residence will be one of three furnished models at Seaglass that are expected to be completed by fourth quarter of this year.

The 306 model will feature an interior designed by Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, president and principal designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors priced at $1.825 million with furnishings.

Four additional unfurnished end unit residences with 525 square feet of outdoor covered terrace space are also available, including residences 401 and 406 priced at $1.535 million; residence 606 offered at $1.72 million; and residence 1506 priced at $2.185 million. From the great room, pocketing sliders will open to a wide terrace where the owners will enjoy the views and the al fresco Florida lifestyle. This generous space will accommodate a grill zone with a large dining table and chairs for six people and a lounge area.

The 01 and 06 residences showcase the light-filled open concept floor plans that are a Seaglass hallmark. The great room plans include three bedrooms, a den or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths, a large island kitchen and dining area, and a private elevator lobby. From the elevator, a private lobby will provide a grand note of welcome. Double doors will open to the home’s foyer that serves as a gateway to the sweeping expanse of the kitchen, dining room and great room. The kitchen will include a large island. The dining area between the kitchen and the great room will accommodate a dining table with seating for eight.

Past the kitchen, a hallway will lead to the den and two guest suites. The den can function as a second gathering area and provide a lounging space for relaxation and television viewing. The two guest suites will each feature a private bathroom and a private terrace. Optional features in the great room include a linear fireplace and a dry bar. A short hallway leads from the great room to the owner’s suite. Sliding glass doors will open to the terrace. A hallway past two walk-in closets will lead to the owner’s bathroom. The bathroom will include a shower, freestanding tub and ample space for a dressing ottoman.

Interior tower residences are also available at Seaglass. Three Seaglass tower residence great room floor plans, beginning at 2,889 square feet under air, are
priced at just over $1 million. The tower residences will include dual private elevator grand foyers, large island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan. Just one residence remains available on floors eight, 10 and 19 and two residences are available for purchase on floors seven,
nine, 11, 15, 20, 21, and 22.

As evidenced by the sales volume processed to date, luxury homebuyers continue to be attracted to the unique value afforded by the Seaglass tower. Whether at the building itself, or by enjoying recreational possibilities available throughout the Bonita Bay community, residents at Seaglass will enjoy an amenity rich lifestyle. The Seaglass tower’s second floor will include a news café and connect to an amenity complex previously designed by architect Santiesteban & Associates.

Amenities already in place include a theater, guest suites, card and club rooms, a fitness facility that features men’s and women’s spas with steam and massage rooms, a resort-style walk-in pool and spa, and a deck with a covered and screened cabana that includes a bar and grill.

With full golf and sports membership opportunities available, Seaglass residents will  also have access to the amenities available through the Bonita Bay Club. Recognized as one of the 10 healthiest clubs in America by Prevo Health Solutions, Bonita Bay’s amenities range from a 60,000-square-foot Lifestyle Center, to five championship golf courses, expanded tennis facilities, a full-service marina, numerous dining venues, a residents only private beach park, and a network of on-property hiking and biking trails.

In addition to Seaglass, The Ronto Group is developing Naples Square in downtown Naples, the TwinEagles gated golf course community, and Orange Blossom. A new project on Central Avenue in downtown Naples is in development.
