Disappearance of Diana Alvarez featured on People.com

The 2016 disappearance case of 9-year-old Diana Alvarez is again in the national spotlight. The case is featured on People.com.

Diana went missing from her Sheltering Pines home in south Lee County on May 29, 2016, and hasn't been seen since.

Jorge Guerrero-Torres, a man linked to Diana, was sentenced Monday to 40 years in federal prison for having pornographic images of her on his phone.

State authorities on Tuesday charged Guerrero-Torres with two felonies related to the Diana Alvarez case.
