An Edgar Wright film fest at the Rosebud; plus, free outdoor movies

'The Wright Stuff' / Rosebud Cinema

The Rosebud Cinema, 6823 W. North Ave., has a weeklong salute to director Edgar Wright, whose "Baby Driver" is one of the highlights of this summer's movie season. Wright's four previous movies are on the bill; tickets are $5. The schedule: 

Friday: 7 p.m., "Hot Fuzz" (2007); 9:45 p.m., "Shaun of the Dead" (2004). 

Saturday: 1:30 p.m., "The World's End" (2013), 4 p.m., "Hot Fuzz"; 7 p.m., "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" (2010); 9:45 p.m., "Shaun of the Dead" 

Sunday: 1:30 p.m., "Hot Fuzz"; 4:15 p.m., "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World"; 7 p.m., "Shaun of the Dead"  

Monday: 7 p.m., "Shaun of the Dead"

Tuesday: 7 p.m., "Hot Fuzz"

"The Seven Little Foys": 1955 musical starring Bob Hope as vaudevillian Eddie Foy, with a classic song-and-dance scene featuring Hope and James Cagney (yes, Cagney). 170 S. 2nd St. 8:45 p.m. Friday. Free.
