Today is National Donut Day — at least according to Dunkin’ Donuts. Enjoy a free donut with the purchase of any beverage.
Growing up in Chicago, these were my favorite donuts and still are. My husband fancies Krispy Kreme though I think he’d become a Dunkin’ man for a free donut today!
By the way .. my nickname growing up was ‘Dunkin’ – though not because I was eating donuts everyday. Now that I’m thinking about it, I’m hungry! Donut Day with a good cup of Dunkin’ coffee coming up!
