Stock Custom Homes has started construction of the first of three furnished 3,823-square-foot, two-story Row Houses on Sixth Street South in Old Naples.

Stock Custom Homes announced Ficarra Design Associates’ principal Lisa Ficarra and associate designer Kealy Stapleton are creating the interior for one of three furnished 3,823-square-foot, two-story Row Houses designed by Matt Kragh at MHK Architecture and Planning being built on Sixth Street South in Old Naples.

Kragh’s floor plan includes a street level foyer adjoining the staircase to the first living floor, a dining room, a light-filled living room with a two-story ceiling and fireplace, a double-island kitchen, a master suite, a covered lanai adjoining a pool and spa, and a three-car garage. The second floor includes two guest bedrooms with private baths, a loft space that includes a wet bar and opens to a covered balcony, a bonus room, and a guest cabana with a covered deck. A stairway provides private access to the guest cabana.

Ficarra and Stapleton created a coastal casual interior that will place a premium on relaxed comfort. Western European white oak flooring stained in a light, taupe-beige finish will be complemented by taupe-beige backgrounds accented with blue, chartreuse and persimmon tones. The flooring in the foyer will feature a herringbone classic pattern against a whitewashed pecky cypress planked ceiling design that will establish the home’s coastal casual look. An elegant yet simple iron lighting fixture with a linen drum shade will be suspended from the ceiling. Thin iron balusters on the staircase will have a unique tapered opening and will be topped by a stained wood railing that will continue to the two upper living floors.

A long wall in the formal dining room will feature an interesting molding design and two ring-shaped alabaster stone sconces that will bring a bit of personality to the space. A buffet furniture piece will be against the wall between the sconces. The Theodore Alexander dining table will be simple, straight-lined rift-cut oak and surrounded by chairs upholstered with a chartreuse and turquoise fabric. A linear polished chrome and seeded glass globe chandelier will anchor the room.

The dining room’s molding design will be repeated above the living room’s precast stone ventless fireplace and frame the television. Windows above the fireplace will extend upward to the second living floor. Doors flanking the fireplace will open to an outdoor deck with a trellis. Sliders on an adjoining wall will open to a pool deck that will feature a water wall with a glass mosaic tile background and a stone precast surround designed by Christian Andrea that will serve as the outdoor living area’s focal point.

Furnishings in the living room will include a textured linen contemporary sofa with a walnut accent base and a pair of wood-framed side chairs with chartreuse and turquoise fabric. The room’s two-story ceiling will include a wood stained octagonal applied molding detail.

The island kitchen adjacent to the living room will continue the design’s visual appeal and will showcase a ceiling with five stained floating oak beams. A quarter sawn oak island base cabinet will be finished in gray and topped by a quartzite stone counter with a waterfall edge. A pair of bronze-finished metal hanging lanterns will be centered over the island and bar stools will provide seating. The perimeter cabinetry will offer a variety of finishes, including white cabinets on the vent hood wall that will also feature windows flanking the hood, and a second wall with two stone gray quartz tower cabinets flanking a white center cabinet and backsplash. The perimeter counter surfaces will be finished with Pompeii quartz.

Pocketing sliders in the kitchen will open to a covered lanai with a precast stone fireplace and mantel in a picture frame-like design that will add tremendous depth to the presentation. A weathered gray tongue-in-groove ceiling will combine with casual furnishings in a combination of textures and woods to offer an ideal setting for relaxation, outdoor dining, and entertaining. The outdoor kitchen will feature NatureKast weathered driftwood finished cabinetry with shaker-style doors, granite counter surfaces, and an 18-by-36-inch format tile backsplash.

The master bedroom will present a gray and blue-toned color palette and a contemporary style coffered ceiling with beam details. A textured iron four-poster bed will provide the room’s memory point and will be paired with clean-lined wood nightstands and a dresser accented by textured metal hardware. The flooring in the master bath will transition to a larger scale gray marble with white veining set in a basket weave pattern that will continue onto the shower floor. The shower walls will be finished with 18-by-36-inch textured gray and beige porcelain tile in a linear pattern. An extra wide double sink vanity will feature alabaster white cabinetry and a quartzite counter surface.

The loft on the second floor is designed as a conversation area. Two angular chairs with a modern circular cutout on the base and a wood arm that wraps around the back will be set at a circular Carrara marble cocktail table. Doors opening to a balcony will flank a wall showcasing an art piece. A hanging brass light fixture with textured glass globes will further contribute to the loft’s relaxed feeling. A built-in desk in a gray finish will provide a workspace with tower cabinets and drawers. The loft’s wet bar will feature custom cabinetry with solid doors and glass inserts, a sink with a stone apron and bronze faucet, a quartzite counter, and a wine cooler.

The second floor’s bonus room will provide another gathering area. Furnishings will include an L-shaped textured linen sectional sofa, a lounge chair, and a cocktail table with a wood top and thin metal legs. A wall mounted television will rest above a media console with four painted wood doors and metal hardware that will be between two windows. The room’s vaulted ceiling with four stained oak beams that each extend to a corner of a center beam.

The self-contained private cabana suite will feature a wet bar and a full bath. The bedroom will include a nickel-groove planked ceiling. The same plank material will be set between two windows on the headboard wall. A stained four-poster bed will include a wicker woven headboard and footboard with brushed nickel metal accents and will be flanked by nightstands with a textured lacquered linen finish. A wet bar will feature cabinetry in a stained brown finish with a gray glaze that mirrors the cabana bathroom’s freestanding vanity that will showcase a textured nickel double-light vanity sconce with a frosted shade. Six-by-6-inch porcelain tile squares with linear blue/gray mosaic stone tile insets will be featured in the shower.
