Lease rate tops 78% at Spectra Apartments; construction completed

FORT MYERS — Spectra Apartments, a multifamily community South Fort Myers, is more than 78 percent leased. Stock Urban, a division of Stock Development, announced that 253 of the 324 apartments have leases signed. In addition, 205 units are occupied.

Stock Urban completed construction on all 12 buildings in the community in May.

"The neighborhood is completed and beautiful," said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, vice president of sales and marketing for Stock Development. "We have opened the clubhouse and amenities, as well. This has led to another surge in leases as new residents can take occupancy immediately of a brand new apartment and begin enjoying the entire lifestyle Spectra has to offer."

The master bath has a walk-in shower and large linen closet. For privacy, the second bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit adjacent to the second full bath. There is a washer and dryer bay that closes off from the rest of the home.
