Man hospitalized after falling on machete in Ozaukee County park

A man who fell onto a machete in Ozaukee County's Waubedonia Park sustained critical injuries, the county sheriff's office reported Tuesday.

The sheriff's office and paramedics responded to the incident at 1155 Fredonia Ave. at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday. The man was injured on his chest and is being treated at a local hospital.

The name of the man was not released due to the police's ongoing investigation.
