REIS to meet

The Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 8 in the Osprey Room in Pelican Preserve's clubhouse on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard,1 mile east of I-75, Exit 136. The topic, "Economic Development Outlook for Hendry County" will be presented by Charles Chapman, Hendry County Manager. New website launched for Grandview

A newly introduced website presents prospective homebuyers with a preview of Elevated Waterfront Living and spectacular views from each floor and in every direction at Grandview at Bay Beach, London Bay Homes’ new 11-story luxury high-rise on the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach. Showcasing the tower’s sunrise views, the website’s home page invites visitors to view an introductory video. The Residences tab offers floor plan comparisons of the tower’s 58 residences. The site also features panoramic 120-foot videos at sunrise, midday and sunset, along with photos and renderings that include both indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as model residences. The website is enhanced with a News tab with articles about the tower. Transactions

Investment Properties Corp. (IPC) brokered these transactions:

Michael Tancreti and Christine Tancreti, as trustees of the Idol Trust dated June 30, 2017, purchased 8,938 square feet of commercial space from Mediterranean Stone and Marble Inc. at 3506 Exchange Ave., Naples. The purchase price was $1.25 million. William V. Gonnering and Christine McManus negotiated this transaction for the seller and buyer.
RDA Strategies LLC purchased 910 square feet of commercial condo space from H. L. Burkley at 3960 Radio Road, Suite 105, Naples. The purchase price was $135,000. Christine McManus of IPC represented the seller and Lauren U. Melo of Florida’s Realty Specialists represented the buyer.
