Now celebrating its 15th year as Southwest Florida’s pre-eminent homebuilder, Stock Development has completed more than 4,000 homes in Southwest Florida.

Now, its custom homes division, Stock Custom Homes, is crafting custom grand estate residences in the area’s most highly regarded communities and neighborhoods, including Quail West, The Colony, Bay Woods at Bonita Bay, Estuary at Grey Oaks, Old Naples, Park Shore, Crayton Road, The Moorings, Pine Ridge Estates, and on Marco Island. Within the past year, Stock Custom Homes has expanded its market reach and is now building luxurious grand estate homes in Wellington on Florida’s east coast.

Stock Custom Homes’ quality, craftsmanship, and client focused approach to custom estate design and construction have evolved from Stock Development’s 15-year legacy of excellence and offer sophisticated luxury homebuyers an opportunity to create a truly one-of-a-kind custom estate residence.

Stock Custom Homes recently reported it processed 11 custom estate sales transactions worth more than $38 million since Jan. 1. Headed by Vice President Matt Sellick, Stock Custom Homes sold just under $170 million in estate homes over the past three years. A unique, synergistic building process that includes an expert team of architects, interior designers, custom swimming pool designers, and construction professionals is designed to create customized living experiences that fulfill each homeowner’s unique personal preferences. A collection of grand estate floor plans provides a starting point for designing customized residences ranging from traditional estates and contemporary masterpieces to luxurious waterfront and golf course homes.

"The caliber of our team of professionals is directly responsible for the caliber of the award-winning grand estate homes we build,” said Stock Custom Homes Vice President Matt Sellick. “When you consider the experience of Stock’s construction superintendents and project managers and combine that with the experience and creative talent of architects the likes of Stofft Cooney Architects, RG Designs, South Florida Design, Weber Design Group, and MHK Architecture and Planning, award-winning interior designers like Soco Interiors, Marc Michaels Interior Design, Beasley & Henley Interior Design, Clive Daniel Home, and Vogue Interiors, and the hardscape, landscape, and pool design experience of Christian Andrea at Architectural Land Design, that’s just an exceptionally talented, best-of-the-best, world-class team of people. Our clients are extremely successful and highly discerning individuals who rightfully expect the best. We’ve surrounded ourselves with a top caliber group of trade partners who we can integrate with our internal team to execute the vision of our clients at the absolute highest level."

Stock Custom Homes is currently building three end-user residences in Pine Ridge Estates and two in The Colony as well as two furnished models on Marco Island. Construction of the first of three Row House residences in Old Naples, that were designed by MHK Architecture and Planning, started in June. A second Row House will start this month and a third in August. Stock Custom Homes has enlisted Soco Interiors, Cinnabar Design and Ficarra Design Associates to create the interiors for the three Row Houses.

Three grand estate residences are also under construction in Wellington. The residences are being built in the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club. A South Florida fixture for more than three decades, the Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club is a landmark of luxury living and world-class sporting events in the heart of Wellington, the equestrian capital of the United States. Two 18-hole championship golf courses meander in between luxurious residential neighborhoods, two clubhouses, eight polo fields and two croquet lawns. The Golf House also offers a complete fitness facility with massage therapy and an outdoor swimming pool.

Stock Custom Homes’ first Wellington residence is expected to be completed in August and will be a 6,954-square-foot under air, fully furnished custom home. A second custom residence measuring 6,428 square feet under air is slated for completion in December and a third with 3,819 square feet under air will be completed in January.

Stock purchased a parcel within the most exclusive area in Wellington and is developing plans for three equestrian focused compounds complete with stable facilities and grand estate residences.

Sellick was hired by Stock Development 12 years ago after he graduated from Florida State University. He is a certified building contractor and has worked his way up from the ground level to now directing Stock’s Custom Brand.

The residences sold by Stock Custom Homes since Jan. 1 reflect its ability to craft distinctive grand estate residences that present a look, ambiance, and level of livability all their own.

Stock Custom Homes’ 7,019-square-foot under air, two-story Aqualane grand estate residence in Estuary at Grey Oaks, that listed for more than $7 million, sold earlier this year. Listed at $3.595 million, Stock Custom Homes’ residence at 675 Anchor Road in North Naples also sold. The home presents a floor plan offering 4,189 square feet. A 4,189-square-foot under air residence at 3050 Crayton Road that sold is suited to a luxurious indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

Two residences sold in North Naples’ popular Pine Ridge Estates neighborhood. A second Pine Ridge Estates residence at 186 North St. was listed at $3.495 million. Three estates in Bay Woods at Bonita Bay and two in The Colony have also sold.

Completed estate homes by Stock Custom Homes are available for purchase in Bay Woods and at 3750 Fountainhead Lane in Park Shore. The 4,238-square-foot under air Stella residence in Bay Woods is priced at $2.81 million with furnishings and showcases an interior by Soco Interiors. A Caribbean style completed furnished residence designed by MHK Architecture and Planning at 3750 Fountainhead Lane was named recipient of Park Shore’s 2017 Beautification Award. Priced at $3.395 million with furnishings, the 4,189-square-foot under air two-story residence showcases an interior by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen.
