Man robbed and shot on Milwaukee's north side

A 27-year-old man was was robbed and shot early Friday on Milwaukee's north side, police said.

The man was sitting in his car when he was shot shortly after 12:30 a.m. near the intersection of N. 42nd and W. Burleigh streets, police said.

The man, who was taken to a hospital, was expected to survive, according to police, who were seeking suspects in the shooting.
