Bill Maher: The Bush Library Is Bullsh*t Rewriting of History

News & Politics

After spending some time slamming the sequester, Bill Maher turned his attention to the opening of the Bush Presidential library on Friday's episode of Real Time with Bill Maher.

"There's 13 of these Presidential libraries, and I hate them all," admitted Maher. "They're Presidents, they're not King Tut!" he continued, pointing out that these monuments to our Great Leaders are maintained using taxpayer cash. Case in point: the absurdity of the new George W. Bush library.

Maher pointed to the "Decision Points Theater," a feature of the new Bush library that lets visitors Choose Their Own Adventure as Bush. The Decider, indeed.

Watch Maher slam the rewriting of history that always occurs when Presidents leave office.
