Hello everyone, welcome to another day of Imagine & StencilGirl Blog Hop! We love blog hops and today is a great day to show all that we can create combining inks and stencils.

IMAGINE & STENCIL GIRL BLOG HOP
As many of you know, stencils are my endless love and for me it was very difficult decide which stencil use in today’s project so I decided to make three different cards. So let me start with my favorite designs, the flowers:

IMAGINE & STENCIL GIRL BLOG HOP

I made this using the Heart and Flower Stencil and Memento Ink in two different colors: Lulu Lavander and Dandelion. I just secured my stencil on top of the whisper white layer and with a jumbo sponge dauber applied the color. I applied more ink on the parts that I want to enhance the color. Then I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set Hello Sentiments from Joy Clair using Memento Grape Jelly.

My second card was made using the Stylized Fireworks 6 Stencil. Yesterday July 20,  was the celebration of the Independence Day of my original country, Colombia,  and I wanted to celebrate this day too.

I made this card using Fireworks over the free areas of the stencil. I combined the Dandelion, Rich Cocoa and Grape Jelly colors. Then I removed the stencil and stamped the Firework images from the stamp set Happy Fourth using VersaFine Satin Red and Deep Lagoon and Clear Embossing Powder.  I cut a cross stitched square from Gina Marie Designs on the center of the card and pasted a similar piece of fun foam behind it to give it more dimension through the inlaid technique.

For my last card I used the Stepping Stone #3 Stencil over Sahara Sand card stock and covered the free areas using Iridescent Creative Medium Purple, Turquuoise, Green and Pink.

I let the Iridescent Creative Medium dry and cut and pasted the decorated layer over a Whisper White layer. To finalize the card I added a thanks sentiment that I cut using several layers of basic black card stock that I pasted with On Point Glue.
