One of two men wounded in a double shooting on Milwaukee's northwest side Wednesday morning has died, according to Milwaukee police.

The shootings came as police identified a man who was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon.

Ramsey Wheeler, 19, was shot along with a 21-year-old man shortly after 9 a.m. in the 5600 block of N. 94th St., police said.

The other man remained hospitalized with serious injuries, according to police, who believe the shootings were robbery-related and were searching for a known suspect.

A man fatally shot by an assailant in a passing vehicle shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday in the 3300 block of W. Center St. was identified by police Wednesday as Ricardo L. Durant, 32.

Police were seeking suspects in his killing Wednesday.

Durant was shot five blocks from where a 16-year-old boy, Emani Robinson, was fatally shot shortly after 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3800 block of W. Center St.

No arrests have been reported in the boy's killing.

Wednesday morning's shootings bring the total number of people shot in Milwaukee since Sunday to nine, including six Monday and Tuesday.
