Masque Bar Moisturising Foot Mask

If you don’t have to move a muscle for 20 minutes or so, a foot mask is a great idea. If you do have to move, I will warn you it’s like skating on your own carpet.

Masque Bar Moisturising Foot Mask

There’s no way round the fact that it’s not an attractive beauty accessory. The ‘socks’ are sealed but when you pull the seal apart, an inner core is revealed into which you slide your foot. It’s wet in there, and slippy, and a bit cold (thank you peppermint extract) and felt like putting my toes into a cake mix. I got used to it quite quickly and while I wouldn’t necessarily rush to do it again, it did leave my feet silky and soft feeling, although it feels like a light moisturising treatment. Maybe it’s best done before bed. The mask contains shea butter and apple extracts (no idea how apples help feet) and also mineral oils so if you don’t like those, it’s not for you. Otherwise, I felt it’s quite a good pep for neglected feet. They’re £9.99 (two sets of masks) HERE.
