As Red Hot Chili Peppers open Summerfest Wednesday night, the weather may be heating up as well.
According to the National Weather Service in Sullivan, strong to severe thunderstorms are possible throughout the afternoon and evening.
The storms could produce damaging winds, heavy rainfall, large hail and even tornadoes.
The Weather Service said a round of storms could move in Wednesday morning and another round by late afternoon and into the evening.
But at least rain is better than "Snow, Hey Oh."
