REIS to meet

The Real Estate Investment Society is meeting on Tuesday, July 11, in the Osprey Room at Pelican Preserve's clubhouse on Treeline Avenue at Colonial Boulevard. Transactions

Premier Commercial Inc. closed the following transactions:
Paul Antonucci Ltd. and J. Mark Halvorson purchased a 10,636-square-foot building and two acres at 1990 Seward Ave. and 5614 Kathleen Court,in Naples from 1990 Seward LLC for $1.75 million. Andrew DeSalvo and Matt Stepan represented the buyer.
Copy Concepts, Inc. sold a 16,800-square-foot building at 11901 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers to DTC Property Holdings LLC for $1.75 million. Andrew DeSalvo and Matt Stepan of Premier Commercial Inc. represented the seller and Lisa Sands of VIP Realty Group represented the buyer.
Shoppes of Estero SAA LLC leased 1,050 square feet at 21740 U.S. 41 S., Suite 102, Estero, to Pet Care of Southwest Florida Inc. Matt Stepan and Andrew DeSalvo negotiated the transaction.
One Parker Center KLA LLC leased 1,155  square feet at 9011 Daniels Parkway, Suite 104, Fort Myers, to Rosatis FM LLC. Matt Stepan and Andrew DeSalvo negotiated the transaction.

Investment Properties Corp. (IPC) brokered these transactions:

MDR Associates LLC d/b/a Giardino Gourmet Salads leased 1,476 square feet of restaurant space from Livingston and Pine Ridge LLC at 13070 Livingston Road, Suite 3, Naples. Tara Stokes of IPC represented the landlord and Ramon Ruiz of NewMarket Properties Inc. represented the tenant.

Naples United Church of Christ d/b/a Bargain Box leased 6,400 square feet from Downtown Properties Inc. at 3906 U.S. 41 East, Suite 4, Naples. Rob Carroll of IPC represented the landlord and Darren McCorkle of Premier Commercial Inc. represented the tenant.

Jean B. Zehnder, trustee of the Jean B. Zehnder Revocable Trust, purchased 2,400 square feet from Alan Bradley Crum, Susan Jan Crum and The C&M Realty Co. at 4097 Bayshore Drive, Naples. The purchase price was $540,000. Rob Carroll of IPC represented the seller and Todd DeFilipps of Naples Realty Services Inc. represented the buyer.
