Quail West announced Stock Custom Homes’ furnished Cristale grand estate model is on schedule for completion in late July. Priced at $3,572,930 with furnishings, the 4,427-square-foot under air, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath grand estate will include a parlor greeting area, a formal dining room, a double-island kitchen and family room, a library/study, a master bedroom with its own covered lanai space, two, two-car garages with a porte cochere and motor court and an outdoor living area measuring 876 square feet with a summer kitchen, fireplace, pool, and spa.

The Cristale will feature an interior by Laurie Walter, CEO and Diana Hall, president of Cinnabar Design for Pizzazz Interiors. The interior’s transitional design will include traditional lines and cool white and off-white backgrounds with pops of sea blue, navy, and aqua. Flooring throughout the living areas will be medium toned cerused European oak.

A crema marfil and travertine mosaic stone flooring inlay will greet visitors in the foyer. The vertical inlay will mimic the foyer’s rectangular coffered ceiling. Walter and Hall have chosen to keep the foyer’s niche walls clean and straightforward by displaying art selections rather than furniture pieces.

The foyer will open to a parlor that will include bumped out wall sections clad in a backlit wood panel detail flanking sliders that will open to the outdoor living area. Large art pieces will grace each of the wall sections. Four club chairs will provide a conversation area. The ceiling will include a coffered detail similar to that found in the foyer as well as a chandelier.

A niche in the dining room will be finished with wood paneling and a horizontal mirror detail. A rustic lighter-toned console placed in the niche will serve as a buffet. An earthy rectangular wood dining table will be surrounded by upholstered chairs. The tray ceiling will be divided into three sections to mimic the mirrored wall detail. A sliding wooden barn door will open to a passageway leading to the kitchen. The dining room will be served by a butler’s pantry and a walk-in wine room with a horizontal bottle display.

Walter and Hall created a herringbone light and dark-toned travertine flooring detail in the dining room that will provide a memory point.

In the double-island kitchen, the island base cabinets will be finished in a magnolia mushroom tone while the perimeter cabinetry will be in a pearl painted finish. A tongue-in-groove ceiling with four square beams will be set over the islands. The counter surface on the islands and perimeter will be a Carrara quartzite that will also serve as the backsplash. A café space will include a random brick pattern porcelain tile backsplash in white and off-white tones with a silver accent. A built-in window seat in the breakfast area will include a wood detail with the same finish as the perimeter cabinetry and be accompanied by a rectangular glass-topped table.

Oversized furniture pieces will convey a relaxed look in the family room. The grouping will include a sectional sofa in a neutral canvas fabric, an overstuffed side chair and ottoman, and a large square cocktail table with a textured ceruse finish. The room will have a coffered tongue-in-groove ceiling detail that mimics the treatment over the islands in the kitchen. Ninety-degree pocketing sliders will open to the outdoor living area. A feature wall will include cherry pumice finished built-in cabinetry with six cabinet doors running the entire length of one wall. The television will be mounted above the cabinetry on a wall detailed with six-inch wood stock set in three horizontal stripes that will convey the illusion of three floating shelves.

The study will feature a large-scale built-in with three lighted floating shelves flanked by cabinets to the left and right with a Portobello mushroom painted finish and shadowbox insets. The built-in will be complemented by the room’s neutral beige wall tones and a ceiling detail with eight beams in a crisscrossed pattern. A floating desk will provide a work space and visitors will find seating in a side chair.

A tonal cream, beige, and off-white color palette will create a spa-like feeling in the master bedroom. Tonal white-on-white flat stock will be used for the window casings and for a geometric detail on the headboard wall. A wood dresser will feature outer casings in a Portobello finish with drawer fronts in a lighter tone. The ceiling will present a Greek key design detail. A smaller, square within a square ceiling detail will be featured in a sitting area that will include two overstuffed chairs, an ottoman, and a small drink table.

Three walls surrounding the master bath’s freestanding tub will be clad with a running pattern of 12-by-24-inch Carrara marble. A seaglass and Carrara marble tile mosaic inlay under the tub will portray a carpet and the shower walls will mimic the inlay. The glass-enclosed shower will have an open feeling and feature a Carrara marble floor. The vanities will have a unique design that appears to be all drawers but is a combination of drawers and cabinets. Tapered legs will convey the look of furniture pieces. The counter surfaces will be natural Carrara marble.

In keeping with Stock Custom Homes’ penchant for creating remarkable outdoor spaces, the Cristale’s outdoor living area will include a fireplace wall with pavers and a television set across the top and a hefty, six-inch rustic driftwood mantle. The base of the fireplace will be a specialized light-colored stone. Facing the fireplace, a conversation area will be outfitted with two sofas and a cocktail table. The outdoor kitchen cabinetry will be in a soft driftwood tone that will play against a lacquered white granite countertop. A backsplash on the grill wall will extend to the ceiling and include rows of 16-by-20-inch pavers with faux wood tile in between each row. A dining table will accommodate seating for six.
