June Luxury Home Tour continues today at Talis Park

Talis Park’s June Luxury Home Tour continues today from noon to 3 p.m. in the North Naples community being developed by Kitson & Partners. Ten luxurious residences by Talis Park’s participating builders are being presented. The residences are suited to Talis Park's highly active lifestyle that features a Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf course, tennis, bocce ball, and a lap pool at the community’s Sports Complex, and the fitness center, spa, and dining venues at the Vyne House clubhouse.

A furnished penthouse-style condominium model is being featured in Lennar/WCI’s Carrara neighborhood. Priced starting in the $800s, Carrara offers maintenance free condominium living. Each residence includes a private elevator lobby, a great room, island kitchen, an "on the view" owner’s suite, two guest en suites, a library/media room, a powder bath, and secured ground level parking. The penthouse-style residences offer more than 2,900 square feet and feature wrap-around loggias. Lennar/WCI is also showcasing its recently completed Terrace Home model and is accepting contracts for Terrace Homes in the first two of eight three-story mid-rises in Talis Park’s Viansa neighborhood. Offering 2,350 square feet of living area, 48 three-bedroom plus den, three-and-a-half bath Viansa Terrace Homes feature nature preserve views and a home design that balances everyday living with easy al fresco entertaining.
