New exterior elevations released at Palazzo at Naples

Palazzo at Naples has introduced two new exterior elevations inspired by West Indies architecture, including the Saviero Island Colonial.

The Caribbean features transitional white and gray exterior finishes, a flat tile roof, exposed rafter tails, louvered gable vents, a standing seam metal shed roof with oversized brackets, and a smooth stucco finish.

The Island Colonial includes a Dutch gable with an ornate louver inlay insert, oversized brackets supporting the extended shed roof overhang, and decorative shutters.
