FAYETTEVILLE - A Fayetteville man who is accused of sexually abusing a young boy while watching pornographic movies will be in court Tuesday.

Dustin Ray Carbaugh, 32, has denied the allegations that led to police charging him with three counts of felony corruption of minors, three counts of misdemeanor indecent assault and one count of terroristic threats, according to court documents.

A boy, age not listed in court documents, disclosed to Pennsylvania State Police that Carbaugh sexually assaulted him between 2014 and 2015, when he was 11 and 12.

The incidents happened at a Greene Township residence, where Carbaugh would show the boy adult pornography and would touch him, according to court documents filed at Magisterial District Judge T. R. Williams' office.

Carbaugh would visit the home and call the boy into a room to watch a movie, according to court documents. The movies would be pornography, and Carbaugh would allegedly touch the boy under his clothing.

Carbaugh allegedly would stop when the videos stopped, and threatened to kill the boy if he told anyone, according to court documents.

Carbaugh was arraigned Monday, and is being held at Franklin County Jail on $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
