Stock Signature Homes’ previously sold Windsor III model is open for viewing in Salara at the Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples on Immokalee Road.

 

Stock Signature Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, continues to present furnished model homes and unfurnished, move-in ready residences in prestigious communities throughout Southwest Florida.

Since purchasing home sites in the Arrezo and Salara neighborhoods at Esplanade Golf and Country Club of Naples in the fall of 2015, Stock has experienced strong sales. The gated Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, being developed by Taylor Morrison, is three miles east of Interstate 75 on Immokalee Road and includes nearly 1,798 acres, 1,000 of which are preserves and wetlands and another 170 devoted to lakes. The community will consist of approximately 1,121 planned residential homes and a diverse array of amenities at build out.

Stock purchased 25, 90-foot estate home sites within Arrezo and has six floor plans available. Recent sales in Arrezo include the homebuilder’s unfurnished Glenmore, Muirfield IV, and Muirfield V residences. Stock purchased 17, 100-foot home sites in Salara. The two previously sold furnished models remain open for viewing through a leaseback and a completed unfurnished, move-in ready residence is available for purchase.

The previously sold Windsor III model showcases an interior by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti, IDS. Base priced at $989,990, the Windsor III offers 4,155 square feet with three bedrooms, a fourth bedroom that can serve as a rec room, four-and-a-half baths, a great room, study, formal dining room, island kitchen, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool, and a spa, and a four-car garage.

Soco Interiors’ Kassie Parisoe created a classic interior with a contemporary twist for Stock’s Majorca II model in Salara. The 4,121-square-foot Majorca II floor plan includes a living room with a fireplace and wet bar, a study, formal dining room, double-island kitchen with a dinette, a family room, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a covered lanai with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa, and a one-car garage and a two-car garage. The Majorca II is base priced at $949,990.

Base priced at $899,990, the unfurnished, move-in ready Majestic II’s 3,843-square-foot floor plan offers a formal living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, study, island kitchen and dinette, a family room, four bedrooms, four baths, and a three-car garage. The living room, family room, master bedroom, and one of the guest bedrooms open to an outdoor living area with an optional summer kitchen, fireplace, pool, and spa. The unfurnished, move-in ready Majestic II is priced at $1599,990, including optional features and upgrades.

Stock has received permitting approval for the construction of an unfurnished Muirfield V residence in TwinEagles’ Hedgestone neighborhood that is pre-construction priced at $1.4 million. TwinEagles is being developed by the Ronto Group. A full golf membership is included with the purchase of every newly constructed home at TwinEagles.

The 3,375-square-foot under air Muirfield V floor plan offers an entry sequence and gallery hallway, a massive living room, a formal dining room, an island kitchen and breakfast area, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a study, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, bar, pool and spa, and a three-car garage. The Muirfield V plan is base priced at $679,990. A completed unfurnished Muirfield V residence is available for purchase and immediate move-in in Hedgestone priced at $1,334,185.

Stock has also purchased a premium home site in TwinEagles’ Lake Estates neighborhood and is developing plans for the construction of a new furnished model. Lake Estates showcases 19 south or west-facing lakefront home sites 110 feet wide and 150 feet deep with long-range views of a 34-acre lake, the largest lake in TwinEagles. Lake Estates features minimum 3,500-square-foot residences starting at $1.8 million. Stock’s furnished Windsor II model and a second estate model have sold and remain open for viewing in Lake Estates. Stock’s new Windsor III model currently under construction and slated for completion this fall has already sold.

Two furnished models by Stock Custom Homes, the custom, grand estate homebuilding division of Stock Development, are under construction on Marco Island. The 3,903-square-foot, two-story Polynesia model at 236 Polynesia Court is expected to be completed in July. Priced at $2.895 million with furnishings, the Polynesia will feature an interior by Soco Interiors’ Daniel Kilgore. The open-concept plan includes a great room, dining area, and island kitchen, a study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, an upstairs loft, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa.

Stock’s Malibu model on Marco Island is also under construction. Scheduled for completion in November priced at $2.595 million with furnishings, the 3,629-square-foot, two-story Malibu model at 617 Hernando Drive will present an interior design by Vogue Interiors. The great room floor plan includes a formal dining room, four bedrooms plus a study or fifth bedroom, five-and-a-half baths, an upstairs loft, an outdoor living area and a three-car garage. The great room, island kitchen, dining room, and multiple covered lanais offer gathering places on the first floor. Upstairs, visitors will enjoy the loft as well as covered balconies overlooking the pool off two of the guest bedrooms.
