Jack knifed semi blocking southbound lanes at Mitchell Interchange

A jack knifed semi has blocked the two left lanes of Interstate 94 southbound through the Mitchell Interchange, the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said. 

The lane closures are expected to last about two hours.
