Anaheim Ducks defenseman Josh Manson (42) knocks away the puck to help goalie John Gibson (36) during the third period as Nashville Predators center Mike Fisher (12) attacks the goal during game four of the Western Conference finals at Bridgestone Arena Thursday, May 18, 2017 in Nashville, Tenn.

Predators captain Mike Fisher did not complete the team's 3-2 overtime loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday because of injury.

Coach Peter Laviolette said after the game that that team was "evaluating (Fisher) now," but provided no further update.

Fisher's last shift ended with 6:55 left in the third period, seconds after striking the post on a power play. When Ducks defenseman Josh Manson leaped to bat a floating puck out of danger, his right knee hit Fisher in the head as he stood in the slot.

Fisher hasn't recorded a point in 14 games this postseason. His status for Game 5 on Saturday (6:15 p.m., NBC/102.5-FM) is uncertain.
