Shortstop Mauricio Dubon led the organization with 12 hits and 17 total bases over seven games, hitting .375.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Mauricio Dubon, SS, Biloxi: It's been a tough start offensively for the Shuckers, but Dubon used a big week to get himself up to .300 for the season. He led the organization with 12 hits and 17 total bases over seven games, hitting .375 with two doubles, a home run and five runs batted in. Dubon is getting on base at a .352 clip, which has helped him steal a Southern League-best 21 bags through 38 games. Dubon came over to the Brewers from the Boston Red Sox along with Travis Shaw and minor-league pitcher Josh Pennington in exchange for reliever Tyler Thornburg.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK

Trey Supak, RHP, Wisconsin: Supak seems to get better each time he takes the mound. He earned his first victory of the season over Fort Wayne in his sixth start, allowing three hits, one run (earned) and a walk to go with 11 strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings. Supak has set a career high in strikeouts in each of his last three outings and has 42 in 30 innings to go with a 2.40 ERA and WHIP of 0.77. "He’s looked really good," said Brewers farm director Tom Flanagan. "His breaking ball has really gotten better. He’s always flashed a good one, but he’s having much more success with that pitch of late and obviously with the way he’s pitching, the numbers reflect that progress he’s made."
