Five people injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday have been identified by the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office.

A car driven by Xor Lee, 26, of Sheboygan collided head-on with a van driven by Kari J. Freis, 39, of Newton at 4:40 p.m. Saturday on State Highway 23 in the town of Greenbush.

Lee was flown by Flight for Life to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Freis and three passengers in her van, Nancy S. Weier, 70, of Manitowoc, Kaitlyn K.J. Freis, 13, and Edward E. Freis, 10, both of Newton, suffered incapacitating injuries and were taken to St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.

The accident happened when one of the vehicles crossed the center line and into the path of the other, though the Sheriff's Office did not say which vehicle crossed the line.
