In Naples, Ashton Woods is currently building in the master-planned communities of Naples Reserve and Fiddler’s Creek, located clost to shopping and dining on Fifth Avenue South and Marco Island.

Eleven single-family home designs are available in the Marsh Cove village of Fiddler’s Creek. Each home will reflect Spanish Colonial-inspired architecture and feature either championship golf or water views, ranging from 2,500 to more than 4,000 square feet with optional elevations. At Naples Reserve, the builder is offering floor plans ranging from 1,671 to more than 3,000 square feet of living space. Most of the one- and two-story residences will boast a lake or preserve exposure and showcase a Southern coastal design inspired by the architecture of Key West, Charleston and Nantucket.

Ashton Woods’ newest communities in Sarasota include Palmer Park and Hammock Park. Palmer is a retreat of 35 single-family residences ranging from 1,700 to 2,700 square feet. Hammock Park features three flexible home plans ranging from 2,100 to over 2,700 square feet.

To the north, Ashton Woods is offering 10 flexible floor plans at Rosedale in Bradenton. These homes range from 1,862 to 3,515 square feet of living space with views of lakes and championship golf, plus close to Interstate 75 and local shopping and dining.

In the Tampa Bay area, Ashton Woods is currently featuring the town home community of Waterside in Indian Shores. Waterside offers a collection of townhomes ranging from 1,700 to more than 2,100 square feet along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Across the bay near the City of Tampa, Ashton Woods is offering new homes in Asturia and Waterset.
