The Seattle Times reported that Wil Casey Floyd, 32, was arrested Friday morning at his mother's home in Elkhart Lake, appeared in federal court in Milwaukee and was ordered to appear in federal court in Seattle on May 12.

Federal prosecutors say Floyd belonged to a group called the "Black Bloc" for wearing masks and black clothing during street protests.

Five police officers were injured during the 2016 disturbance in Seattle, including one who was burned by a Molotov cocktail. Investigators recovered broken beer bottles at the scene and a satchel holding one unexploded device — a beer bottle filled with flammable liquid and stopped with cotton cloth that can be lighted before the bottle is thrown.
