Paul Simon to fill final Summerfest headliner slot

Singer-songwriter Paul Simon will headline Summerfest's American Family Insurance Amphitheater on June 30, filling the final slot in the music fest's main stage lineup.

Simon, with one of the strongest and most influential song catalogs in pop music, will be joined on the bill by singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile.

Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Summerfest box office, by phone at (414) 273-2600 and all Ticketmaster outlets, including Ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 745-3000. Information on ticket prices wasn't immediately available.

The 50th edition of Summerfest runs June 28 through July 2 and July 4 through 9.

The other acts in Summerfest's amphitheater lineup are: the Red Hot Chili Peppers, June 28; Luke Bryan with the Brothers Osborne, June 29; Zac Brown Band, July 1; Pink, July 2; the Chainsmokers, July 4; Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Chris Stapleton, July 5-6; Dierks Bentley with Cole Swindell and Jon Pardi, July 7; Future, Big Sean and Migos, July 8; and the Outlaw Music Festival, with Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson & Family, Sheryl Crow, Jason Isbell and more, July 9.
