Police Log: Semi-automatic pistol stolen vehicle

GREENE TOWNSHIP - Someone removed a Beretta Model 21A semi-automatic pistol S/N #550881U, with one magazine containing five bullets and a wooden handle from a woman's vehicle on the 1300 block of Lincoln Way East, sometime between April 8 and April 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg. 

The person then fled in an unknown direction. 

PSP-Chambersburg is investigating.

UPDATE: The charge filed against the defendant in this case was dismissed in July 2017, according to court records. Original: A Gardners man was charged April 18 with theft of services after he allegedly left Relax Lounge without paying his tab on April 8. According to Chambersburg Police, Randall E. Rickrode, 32, tried to use two credit cards to pay his bill of $59.50, but both were declined. He told staff he was going to his car, but then left the area, police said.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: Yeico Colo-Montanez was charged with one count of access device fraud after he used a woman's debit card and PIN without her permission to make 10 separate cash withdrawals of $200 each at the ATM in the Rite Aid Drug Store on East Queen Street, according to Chambersburg Police.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: Keith Woodward, 54, of York, was allegedly heavily intoxicated when he was found walking in the middle of the road in the area of South Main Street and Lincoln Way West on April 14, according to Chambersburg Police. He was taken into custody for public drunkenness.

THEFT: Someone stole a BE pressure washer valued at $500 from Franklin Tractor & Equipment between 6:35 and 6:49 p.m. on April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg. The person also cut the attached garden hose, valued at $40. 

The person arrived in a yellow Penske box truck.

RETAIL THEFT: A 14-year-old boy is accused of stealing multiple packs of Yu-Gi-Oh cards from Walmart on March 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg. 

The cards were valued at $156.63.

HARASSMENT: Jorge Vazquez-Solis, 26, and Chelsea Alvarez, 27, were cited after a fight at 5:35 p.m. on April 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg. 

Vazquez-Solis punched Alvarez in the face and shoved her, while Alvarez punched Vazquez-Solis in the back and scratched his neck.

HARASSMENT: Ginger Weaver, 46, was cited after shoving a 54-year-old man on the 11400 block of Skyline Drive at 9:35 p.m. on April 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg.
