The Wisconsin women’s track team won the Jim Click Shootout in Tucson, Ariz., Saturday while the men finished third.

Badgers women’s winners included Chinne Okoronkwo (triple jump), Taylor Amann (pole vault) and Erin Wagner (3,000-meter steeplechase).

Lorenzo Larry led the UW men by winning the 100, Eric Brown won the 800, Oliver Hoare won the 1,500 and Rashid Coulibaly won the pole vault.

TENNIS

The Wisconsin men picked up a 7-0 win over Michigan State in East Lansing, Mich.

SOFTBALL

Wisconsin fell to Iowa, 4-3, in Madison.

The Hawkeyes used a three-run fifth inning and outhit the Badgers (24-7, 3-5 Big Ten), 10-4.

BASEBALL

UW-Milwaukee gave up eight runs in the eighth inning and fell to Bradley, 11-5, in Peoria, Ill.

Chris Kelly drove in three runs for UWM.

LACROSSE

Tanner Thomson had a career-high six goals and the Marquette men tied a program record for goals in a 17-9 victory over St. John’s at Valley Fields.

ROWING

The Wisconsin women rowed to a Big Ten Double Dual split in East Lansing, Mich., defeating Michigan State, 46-22, but later falling to Michigan, 44-28.
