Tennessee and Oklahoma have scheduled another home-and-home series in football.

Tennessee defensive lineman Corey Vereen (50) chases Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield (6) during second half action in Neyland Stadium Saturday, Sep. 12, 2015.

The UT football program announced Monday the programs will meet in the 2020 and 2024 seasons. The Vols will play in Norman on Sept. 12, 2020 for their fifth meeting against the Sooners. Oklahoma makes the return trip to Neyland Stadium on Sept. 7, 2024.

UT and Oklahoma completed the first-ever home-and-home series between the programs two seasons ago. The Vols traveled to Norman in 2014, losing 34-10. UT hosted Oklahoma in 2015 when the Sooners rallied from a 17-point deficit to beat UT 31-24 in double overtime.

UT's all-time record against Oklahoma is 1-3 in a series that dates back to 1938.

UT's appearance at Oklahoma's Memorial Stadium in 2020 will be played in the middle of originally scheduled home contests against Charlotte (Sept. 5) and Furman (Sept. 19).

UT and Oklahoma are two of the winningest programs in college football history. OU ranks seventh in all-time wins with an all-time record of 872-321-53 (.721). UT ranks ninth in total wins with a record of 829-379-53 (.680).
