Troy Zoning Board of Appeals - March 2017 Meeting Recap

City staff has posted the video recording of the 3/21/17 Troy Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting to YouTube. At the bottom of this post is the video. (The meeting actually starts shortly after the 25 second mark of the video.)

There were two items on the agenda:

• A variance for 2830 Lanergan (to build a new house). The ZBA voted to approve the variance. I voted yes on the motion to approve.


• A variance for vacant land adjacent to and north of 600 Wilshire (to construct a new hotel). The ZBA voted to deny the variance. I voted yes on the motion to deny.
