Stock offering new residences in Marsh Cove at Fiddler’s Creek

Stock Signature Homes continues to present luxurious furnished model residences and home sites in the Naples area’s most prestigious communities and neighborhoods. The luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development has finalized its purchase of 50 home sites in the Marsh Cove Village’s Malaga and Livorno neighborhoods within Fiddler’s Creek and has already processed three construction contracts.

Stock’s floor plan choices in Marsh Cove include open-concept great room residences, ranging from 2,800 to over 3,600 square feet, that include three to four bedrooms, island kitchens, outdoor living areas and three-car garages. Construction of three furnished model residences in Malaga is underway. The three models are scheduled for completion this fall.

Fiddler’s Creek is a 4,000-acre master planned community on Collier Boulevard midway between U.S. 41 and Marco Island. To preserve the natural Florida landscape, the bulk of the community is dedicated primarily to nature reserves, lakes and parks. Less than one-third of the property is being developed for residential use. With its meandering waterways and gently winding roads, the gated Marsh Cove Village offers a setting of relaxed beauty and quiet elegance.

The furnished models in Malaga at Marsh Cove will showcase Stock’s Belfield, Madison II and Ulyssa floor plans.

The 2,812-square-foot Belfield plan features a great room, optional wet bar, island kitchen, and breakfast nook that open to a large outdoor living area that can include a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Base priced at $749,990, the Belfield also includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a study, a formal dining room, and a three-car garage. The Belfield model will feature an interior designed by Clive Daniel Home.

Base priced at $799,990, the Madison II plan includes 3,054 square feet under air and a 856-square-foot outdoor living area. A sprawling great room, island kitchen, and dining area open to the outdoor space that can include a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa. The plan also features three bedrooms, a fourth bedroom or bonus room, a study, four full baths, a half-bath, and a three-car garage. The furnished Madison II model will present an interior by Soco Interiors.

The 3,196-square-foot under air Ulyssa plan is base priced at $809,990. The floor plan includes a large great room, island kitchen, and dining area, a wet bar, four bedrooms, a fifth bedroom or bonus room, four full baths, a study, and a three-car garage. The living area opens to an outdoor living area that can include an outdoor kitchen, pool, and spa.  Pizzazz Interiors is creating the interior design for the furnished Ulyssa model.

Stock Signature Homes is showcasing a collection of furnished models with interiors by Southwest Florida’s finest interior designers during an open house event today from noon to 4 p.m. in the Isles of Collier Preserve, Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, and TwinEagles. Sales of residences included in Stock’s Magnolia Collection at the Isles of Collier Preserve have surged since Jan 1. Eight sales contracts have been processed in first quarter thus far. Ten binding contracts and one pended contract have been processed since Stock purchased 29 home sites at the Isles of Collier Preserve, a nearly 40 percent sales rate.

Stock’s previously sold Marigold model and Cocoplum residence are on display at the Isles of Collier Preserve, a community situated just four miles east of downtown Naples on U.S. 41 East. Base priced at $889,990, the Marigold floor plan includes 3,578 square feet under air plus a covered lanai measuring 1,062 square feet. The plan features a great room with an optional built-in entertainment center, a large gourmet island kitchen and breakfast area, a formal dining room, four bedrooms or three bedrooms plus an optional bonus room, a study, four-and-a-half baths, an outdoor living area with an optional fireplace, optional summer kitchen, a pool and spa, and a three-car garage. Pocketing sliders open the great room to the outdoor living area. The furnished Marigold model features an interior by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti, IDS.

Base priced at $899,990, the 3,641-square-foot under air Cocoplum floor plan includes 1,004 square feet of covered lanai space. The plan features a great room that opens to the lanai and can include an optional built-in entertainment center, a gourmet island kitchen, a dining room with pocketing sliders opening to the outdoors, a study, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage. The furnished Cocoplum model showcases an interior by Soco Interiors’ Charlotte Horvath.

Stock’s furnished Windsor III is open for viewing and purchase in Salara at the Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples on Immokalee Road, east of Interstate 75.  The 4,155-square-foot Windsor III floor plan offers three bedrooms, a fourth bedroom that can serve as a rec room, four-and-a-half baths, a great room, study, formal dining room, island kitchen, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool, and a spa, and a four-car garage. The Windsor III model showcases an interior by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti and is offered at $2,038,715 fully-furnished.

Corasaniti’s organic design presents a tranquil connection with nature. Her color palette is light and soft with muted off-white walls to provide a clean background for fabrics and textures in shades of taupe, buttercream and silver blue to add a sense of the morning sun and gentle water. Metallic accents add shimmery overtones. The hardwood flooring in the main living areas, study, and master bedroom is a soft driftwood tone.

The previously sold Glenmore model in Arrezo at Esplanade showcases an interior by Soco Interiors. The Glenmore offers a 3,591-square-foot great room plan with four bedrooms, a study, four-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room and gourmet island kitchen, and an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa.

Stock’s previously sold Windsor II model is open for viewing in Lake Estates at TwinEagles. Lake Estates showcases 19 south or west-facing lakefront home sites 110 feet wide and 150 feet deep with long-range views of a 34-acre lake. Base priced at $869,990, the Windsor II’s great room floor plan includes a formal dining room, an island kitchen and breakfast nook, his and her studies, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a covered lanai with an outdoor fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, and two, two-car garages. The model presents an interior by Beasley & Henley Interior Design’s Senior Designer Kim Grimes.

A new Windsor III model is under construction in Lake Estates and scheduled for completion in June. Two unfurnished, move-in ready residences by Stock, the Muirfield V and the Regency Manor residences, are now open and available for purchase in in TwinEagles’ Hedgestone estate neighborhood.
