Two new designer decorated models open at Aqua

AQUA at Pelican Isle has two new tower model residences, decorated by Antonacci Design Group and Renee Gaddis Interiors, now open and available for tours by appointment only in the soon-to-be completed and highly amenitized luxury boutique marina and waterfront high rise condominium adjacent to Wiggins Pass in Naples. A third furnished model by Beasley & Henley Interior Design is planned to open by the end of this month, according to AQUA Director of Sales Darline Hillard.

Multiple winner of the Aurora Award for interior design for luxury resident condominiums, designer Jerilyn Antonacci, ASID, created what she calls a “California Retro Contemporary” interior design for AQUA’s No. 301 tower residence model. Known for her tailored, cultured interior schemes that accentuate comfort with a great sense of style and proportion, Antonacci’s AQUA design concept melds the glamour of Hollywood’s Golden Age with contemporary livability.

Taking inspiration from the waterfront marine basin that sits at the foot of the AQUA property, Antonacci said she was clearly motivated by AQUA’s sleek and sophisticated architectural forms and lines.

“Crisp, clean shapes with an Old Hollywood-feel are expressed in rich woods, luxurious fabrics and refined finishes,” she describes. “I followed the sensuous curves of the building’s architecture when furnishing the interior,” she adds, noting key style features such as a panoramic window wall, an impressive curved floating ceiling and the extensive use of lacquered built-in cabinetry.

Choosing a light color palette of warm grays and natural tans, Antonacci mixed in metals such as satin brass, oil-rubbed bronze, steel, gilded gold and polished chrome, seamlessly blending chic and sexy. Natural Wegne wood is used throughout the bathrooms and kitchen to complement white lacquered cabinetry. Polished stone in gray and taupe combine with oversized white polished glass and very wide dark plank wood offset a variety of textured metallic-threaded wallpapers throughout the model.

The 4,171-square-foot under air floor plan includes three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a grand salon, living room, family room, study, island kitchen with breakfast nook, balcony and terrace space totaling 530 square feet and a private elevator foyer.

Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, designed the interior for tower residence No. 303. Gaddis chose a California Coastal motif spurred from nature and the Gulf of Mexico.

“The main gathering spaces have been opened up to create fun and inviting areas,” explains Gaddis. “The wood flooring is an oak with wire brush technique applied to it. Several of the wood furnishings and built-in cabinets complement this unique flooring,” she adds.

The 3,940-square-foot under air floor plan includes three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, den/family room, dining room, gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, grand salon plus a 633-square-foot balcony and terrace spaces and a private elevator foyer.

Renée Gaddis Interiors is a full-service residential interior design firm based in Naples. Gaddis has been designing Southwest Florida’s finest luxury homes and condominiums since 1999.

Beasley & Henley Interior Design, led by Troy Beasley and Stephanie Henley, ASID, was specifically selected by AQUA to create a traditional with modern influences interior design for tower residence No. 304 to reflect the area’s demand for upscale, urban residences and to take advantage of the abundance of natural light afforded by the 4,131-square-foot under air floor plan's western exposure and expansive windows. The floor plan includes three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, den (or optional fourth bedroom), family room, dining room and grand salon in addition to 609 square feet of covered balcony and terrace spaces, outdoor dining and conversation areas, and a terrace off the owner's master suite.

Inside, the private elevator lobby opens to a wide gallery hallway leading to a powder bath and a gourmet kitchen with a large island with bar stool seating. Beyond the kitchen, the living room and grand salon features expansive windows and multiple spacious seating areas. The owner's suite includes walk-in closets, and a full bath with his-and-her vanities. The two guest suites, one of which opens to a covered terrace, include private baths.

AQUA Tower II furnished models are priced between $2.445 million and $2.545 million.

Only eight waterfront residences remain in the 11-story AQUA Tower II including a penthouse. Located adjacent to the Pelican Isle Yacht Club at Wiggins Pass in North Naples, AQUA’s custom residences, priced from over $1.9 million to over $2.545 million, range between 3,900 to just under 4,200 square feet with three bedrooms, three and a half baths and either a living/family room or living/family room plus den. Major design features include high ceilings, gourmet kitchens with gas cooktops, natural light filling back-to-front living areas, master bedroom suites, master bathrooms with generous closet space, sunrise and sunset terraces.

The remaining penthouse suite offers more than 6,500 square feet of living area and is priced at $4.85 million This penthouse features four bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths, a grand salon, family room (or den or fifth bedroom), dining room, master study with wet bar and more than 3,000 square feet outdoor living area. The grand sunset terrace has a sundeck, wet bar and gas grill that spans across the west side of the residence overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and mangrove lined estuaries of Wiggins Bay plus a private sunrise balcony adjacent to the family room and three guest suites.

Amenities at AQUA include a movie theater, a private library, resort-style pool and spas, fitness center with aerobics/Pilates room, his and her spa treatment rooms, steam rooms and dry sauna facilities, sky lounge with rooftop terrace and more. Also, all AQUA residents will enjoy new amenities being added with Tower II, which include an outdoor putting green, dog run, fire pit, a game room with billiards, bar, TV, fireplace and high definition interactive virtual golf, three guest suites, plus the Club AQUA social room with large curved screened TV and entertainment area with wet bar, fireplace, coffee bar and catering kitchen overlooking the waterfront and 29 slip marina.
