Borelli nears completion of luxury model in Hemingway Place
Borelli Construction of Naples has surpassed 75 percent completion on its newest model in Hemingway Place, the custom estate home builder’s fifth luxury residence in the neighborhood.
Located at 1428 Hemingway Place on a private cul-de-sac between U.S. 41 North and Goodlette-Frank Road North, this new residence will be available for purchase starting at $1.825 million. It is anticipated that the home will be completed and ready for move-in in late spring or early summer.
Designed by Weber Design Group Inc., this two-story custom-built home will boast an Italian Renaissance architectural style. The residence will encompass 4,338 square feet of air-conditioned living space and 6,109 total square feet with four bedrooms and five full baths, plus an upstairs loft that may be used for an entertainment room or a gaming area.
The main floor of the residence will feature a great room floor plan with a large open area in the center of the home that will be ideal for entertaining family and friends. The great room will flow into the kitchen, which will feature quartz counter tops, upgraded European-style cabinets, top of the line Thermador appliances and an oversized island bar.
Located just steps off the kitchen will be a large walk-in pantry with a separate sink and refrigerator for additional storage as well as built-in wine refrigeration for the wine collector. The master suite will be on the ground floor and will feature vaulted ceilings and oversized his-and-her walk-in closets with custom closet systems. The master bath will showcase a freestanding tub, separate his-and-her sinks and a large walk-in shower along with European-style cabinets, marble counter tops and designer bath fixtures.
The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor in a split floor plan around the loft area. The second floor will also feature a morning bar area and large front balcony. An additional laundry room with washer and dryer will also be provided upstairs, and guests will enjoy open views into the main foyer below.
The interior design of this new model will feature the cool transitional style for which Borelli Construction has become recognized. All floors in the main areas will be completed with custom wood tiles and extra-large crown moldings will be provided in every room. The entire house also will be fully equipped with a wireless Sonos surround sound system that can be controlled remotely on any device to stream different music, songs or services in each individual room.
An open lanai will be accessible from the great room and will include an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, retractable screens, and a glass tile pool and spa with sun shelf. Tropical landscaping and landscape lighting around the entire pool deck will create an oasis of privacy.
The covered lanai area will be further accentuated by an outdoor fireplace and distinctive cypress ceilings. An extensive video camera system will also be on the exterior for additional security. The gas-heated swimming pool and spa, six-burner cooktop, outdoor fireplace and an instant-hot gas water heater will all be fueled by a large underground propane tank.
Other design features of the model home will include a concrete tile roof, custom mahogany front doors, custom PGT impact glass windows and doors, designer light fixtures, shell stone pool deck, and brick paver driveway and entry walks.
A number of environmentally friendly solutions are being used in constructing the residence, including extensive LED lighting and foam insulation. A two-car garage with separate doors also will be provided with extra space for storage.
