GoVols247: Callaway hoping to seize spring opportunity

Marquez Callaway had always done everything for every football team he’d ever played on, so spending his first season at Tennessee doing very little was quite the adjustment.
Callaway didn’t love it, but you never would have known that by watching him go to work every day with a smile on his face. And that — along with his impressive size and athleticism — impressed Tennessee’s coaches all season.
Even now, Callaway said he’s “thankful” for the opportunity to spend most of his freshman season — a season that looked like a redshirt season until a couple of injuries forced him onto the field a little in October — learning the ropes.
