Brewers host Giants in Maryvale

Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Jimmy Nelson struck out four batters.

PHOENIX - Ryan Braun is back in right field and Jimmy Nelson makes the start as the Milwaukee Brewers host the San Francisco Giants at Maryvale Baseball Park this afternoon.

Jonathan Villar is leading off and Keon Broxton is batting second in what could very well be the top 1-2-3 of Milwaukee's lineup on opening day.

The Brewers also made some roster moves this morning. Among those optioned out were reliever Michael Blazek and infielder Yadiel Rivera and outfielder Michael Reed, who is actually being sent to Class AA Biloxi to start the season.
