Emma Watson and Amanda Seyfried lawyered up in response to the unauthorized release of hacked, private photos. Demi Lovato has taken to Twitter.

The Confident singer addressed reports Tuesday that a photo revealing her cleavage had been leaked and published online. Lovato used quite a few Tears of Joy emojis while letting her nearly 42 million followers know that she finds some amusement in the situation.

"I love how everyone's freaking out about one picture," Lovato said in her first tweet on the topic. "It's not nude and it's just cleavage."

"Besides the world has seen me nude BY CHOICE before," she wrote in a follow-up post, citing her Vanity Fair photoshoot from 2015. In the images shot by photographer Patrick Ecclesine, she posed without makeup or retouching, and in most cases without clothes.

Lovato is one of several female celebrities associated with allegedly stolen photos as of late. WWE wrestler Paige confirmed Friday on Twitter that personal images of hers were stolen and distributed without her permission.

For Lovato, the alleged leak is not an isolated incident. Photos of the former X Factor judge were reportedly posted to her then-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama’s Twitter account in 2014 after it was hacked.

USA TODAY has reached out to Lovato for comment.
