Brewers host Cubs in Maryvale

PHOENIX - For the second time in less than a week, the Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago Cubs will square off in Cactus League play.

This time, the game will be played at Maryvale Baseball Park, where a huge crowd is expected. The teams played to a 7-7 draw earlier in the week.

The Cubs are playing split-squad games, and after originally announcing Junior Guerra as their starter, the Brewers will instead go with Brent Suter. Guerra will pitch on the minor-league side, presumably so he doesn't give the Cubs' hitters a closer look at his stuff.

That happened with Zach Davies earlier in the week at Sloan Park, and Davies didn't fare well.

Brent Suter throws live batting practice at Brewers spring training camp Wednesday.
