London Bay finalizing construction of Bettina in Mediterra
London Bay Homes is nearing completion of its second luxury single-family villa model this year in the Cabreo neighborhood at Mediterra. The four-bedroom, four-bath Bettina is expected to open for viewing this month – just weeks after construction wraps up on the neighboring Clara model. The new model is an encore to a previous Bettina, which sold on leaseback and is currently open for viewing through this month.
