Eric Thames makes Brewers debut today

New Brewers first baseman Eric Thames put up some big offensive numbers in Korea.

PHOENIX - Cactus League play is finally upon us.

The Milwaukee Brewers open at 2:10 p.m. Central against the Angels in Tempe, with Brent Suter making the start. Yusmeiro Petit starts for the Angels.

Eric Thames, the Brewers' new first baseman, makes his debut while several other regulars who didn't see time in Friday's 11-0 victory over UW-Milwaukee like Jonathan Villar and Keon Broxton start as well.
