Leyland, Rodman, Rose headline Michigan hall finalists

Detroit — Former Tigers manager Jim Leyland, “Bad Boy” Dennis Rodman and “Fab Five” member Jalen Rose headline a list of 30 finalists for induction into the 2017 class of the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame.

The ballot was released Friday.

Online voting, at mshof.org, is under way and runs through March 10.

The induction ceremony will be Friday, Sept. 15, at the Max & Marjorie Fisher Music Center in Detroit.
