Milwaukee police release video, seek help with attempted south side robbery

Milwaukee police Wednesday released surveillance video of an attempted armed robbery on the south side.

The attempt occurred about 4 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of S. 33rd St. when a woman who had just parked her car was confronted by two men, one armed with a gun, who demanded money, police said.

The men fled after the woman told them she had no money, police said.
