Brooks, Leavens will face off for South Milwaukee mayor

South Milwaukee Mayor Erik Brooks and Jim Leavens were the top two vote-getters in Tuesday's three-person mayoral primary election. They will face off in the April 4 general election.

Brooks is seeking re-election to a second, three-year term.
